​AIRPORT "MEET & ASSIST" SERVICE

This is an excellent service for our esteemed clients and especially those who want to avoid long queues and hassle while waiting to go through immigration and passport control. In general we assist our clients whether travelling abroad or arriving to Cyprus to pass through all procedures and controls at the minimum of time avoiding long queues and confusion.
 
Below is a brief analysis of the procedures during arrival: 

1. Upon the aircraft lands/ parks our staff would meet the arriving PAX in the rotunda, with a name board of the PAX,
2. After meeting them, we would escort them down the stairs to the bus (or walking depending on the parking stand) to the PCR testing area,
3. PCR test would be pre-paid and arranged so that PAX wouldn’t have to wait in queue for the test*,
4. After the PCR test, PAX would be taken by bus (or walking depending on the parking stand and testing area allocated by Hermes) to the arrival area and immigration*,
5. Pax would be assisted through immigration avoiding queues and escorted to baggage claim area,
6. Once all clear, we would escort PAX to the airport arrivals parking or pick-up area and assist with the luggage.

And also a brief analysis of the procedures during departure:

1. We meet our departing staff at the entrance of the airport’s terminal and help them at the airline’s check in desk with their luggage and boarding passes,
2. Then we pass through fast track avoiding long queues at passport control and security,
3. After that the client can make use of the lounge area at a cost should they desire so, 
4. If they want to make use of the lounge area, we take them there, When they finish, we escort them to the gate,
5. If they do not want to use the lounge area, we escort them straight to the departure gate ​.
